This updated subscription model does not work as well as the old one. I cannot open attachments. The tech support dont respond. Five thumbs down.
The title says it all - the fact that I know about the support. The app used to work reasonably well but over the last year it has been getting progressively worse. It takes forever to load - usually times out first, and it it does manage to load then usually I cant open any attachment. Every time I have contacted the support team at Ghost Pattern, they were always very quick to reply and to work toward a solution which would eventually work until a new problem appeared. My colleagues who use this app on an iPhone all have the same experiences; it works sometimes and we just have to be patient and wait

Had this app for my Blackberry and it worked like a charm. Not the same story with my iPhone. Takes forever, if it loads at all. I know several of my colleagues have the exact same issue with this app and their iPhones. Not worth the money.
Groupwise itself is an awful interface, and I have no idea why any organization would use it, especially since there is no practical way of forwarding emails to another email address, or another mailing app. GW Mailbox allows the only easy way to access Groupwise on the smart phone. At $12 a year, however, one has to ask what kind of kickback might exist to line the pocket of Groupwise...
Little ticked off about the subscription model (that everybody is going to) and that my old app purchase was no longer supported with the last iOS update. But I have no complaints about functionality - its all there.
Crashes weekly, doesnt notify of new emails and cost u a user fee.. Support is no wear to be found. Not worth it!
The app connects to the web portal and allows you to access all the feature you can get by accessing the web portal directly yourself, FREE. Visually is also very similar. So it escapes me why anyone would pay a monthly fee to get something you can get free.. It should be a free app, since I already payed the GW software on my PC.

This app faithfully emulates the GroupWise experience that I have in the office at work. This allows me to very efficiently deal with emails, including sorting them into files, all from the convenience of my iPhone. Well worth the price.
Our firm uses GroupWise and this allows me to effectively work remotely. I use this app many, many times a day and allows me to keep up with work e-mail on my personal device, not having to carry multiple devices. They continue to release upgrades that are valuable too. Highly recommended!

The calendar portion works as advertised, but the Mailbox with emails is a blank screen! Was working fine yesterday and there havent been any updates...

Its pretty stupid that I gotta pay a subscription fee to use an email for college. SMH
Love this app! It makes checking Groupwise email from the iPad a piece of cake. I used to hate checking email on the iPad via the web browser, but now its my preferred method. It is also very reasonably priced!
